毎日果物を見守り育てている生産者と、心を込めて箱詰め作業をさせて頂いているスタッフが目視で確認して、 梱包まで行いますので、傷みが出そうなものをお詰めすることはございませんが、 生鮮品ですので、傷んでしまう可能性はございます。
風などでついたキズがございますが、品質に問題ございません。

お届け先へ最初に到着した日（最初の配達日）より、ご不在等で2日以上経過してしまった際に、 傷みが生じてしまった場合につきましては、新しいものへの交換はできかねますので、何卒ご了承下さいませ。
出荷後、お受取人様がご不在等でお受け取りいただけなかった場合、 数日間配達営業所にて保管が可能ですが、保管期間満了後は当市へ返送されます。
期間満了で返品となった場合の再送は致しかねます。
※農産品の為、台風や災害等の天候により、十分な量を確保できない場合があります。
代わりのお品を送付させて頂く場合は、納期が異なる可能性がございます。
