毎日柑橘を大切に育て扱っているスタッフが、直接1玉ずつ確認し心を込めて選果・箱詰め作業をさせて頂き、梱包まで行いますので、傷みが出そうなものをお詰めすることはございませんが、生鮮品ですので、傷んでしまう可能性はございます。

※お届け先へ最初に到着した日（最初の配達日）より、ご不在等で2日以上経過してしまった際に、傷みが生じてしまった場合につきましては、新しいものへの交換はできかねますので、何卒ご了承下さいませ。
出荷後、お受取人様がご不在等でお受け取りいただけなかった場合、3日ほど配達営業所にて保管が可能ですが、保管期間満了後は当市へ返送されます。
期間満了で返品となった場合の再送は致しかねます。
