標高1000mを超える粟ヶ岳のふもとで、環境保全型農業を目指して米づくりを行う稲作プロ集団「加茂有機米生産組合」がお届けする新潟県産コシヒカリです。
1988年から、農薬や化学肥料の使用量を抑えた稲作に取り組んできました。
「量より質」の栽培で、単位面積あたりの稲の生育本数を減らし、風通しをよくすることで、稲の発育を高めています。
また、収穫後は気温15度以下、湿度60％以上の低温倉庫で保管し鮮度を保持。
色彩選別機や金属探知機を導入し、商品検査体制も万全です。
