半日で完売する希少な焼肉セットを再現！
「尾花沢牛肉まつり」は山形県尾花沢市で毎年お盆の時期に開催され、市内の畜産農家が地域住民への日頃の感謝を込めて24年前から続けられています。
1,200名規模で開催される牛肉まつりは、クオリティの高い焼肉セットが話題となり、県内外から申し込みが殺到するイベントとなりました。
しかし、新型コロナウイルスでイベントが中止になり、緊急事態宣言により飲食店需要が停滞しています。
今回は生産者支援を兼ねて特別に出品することにしました。
山形県産黒毛和牛の中でも、雪国の芸術品と呼ばれる希少な「雪降り和牛尾花沢」をご賞味ください。
