【エゾバフンウニ】をその日に水揚げして、 一つ一つ丁寧に手作業でムキ身にしているから、新鮮そのもの！ 「塩水うに」は、「板うに」と違い、殻から取り出したうにを海水同等の塩水に浸したもので、 余分なものを使用していないため、驚くほど甘いんです！ 食感も甘みも風味もまさに獲れたてに近く、一度味わったら脳裏に焼きつく甘さ♪ ウニが苦手でも「塩水うに」だけは食べられるという人もいるほどです。
醤油をかけずにまずはひと口♪ その濃厚な旨味に虜になってしまうかもしれません。
