当工場では、年間260,000Kg（260万食分）の麺の製造と加工までの一貫生産を雲仙市瑞穂町の工場で行っています。
「おいしく安全な麺製品をお届けしたい」と国家資格である製麺技能士が毎日、麺と真剣に向き合っています。
麺の熟成に手間を惜しまず時間をかけ、手延べ製法により2日工程で仕上げています。
