提供元 静岡うなぎ漁業協同組合 原産地 静岡県 配達外のエリア 離島 お礼品の特徴 静岡県内で養殖された活きの良い上質なうなぎを生きたまま割き、良く蒸した後、こだわりのたれで蒲焼に仕上げました。
たれは本みりん、醤油、砂糖のみしか使用しておりません(醤油の大豆は遺伝子組み換えでないものを分別)
じっくりと3回焼き上げふっくらした蒲焼に仕上げてから、真空パックで美味しさを閉じ込めました。
