七宗町内で鮎の甘露煮などの食品加工をしながら 飲食店と売店を営む「こぶしの里」が製造する「うずらたまごの燻製」は絶品です！ 絶品理由は二つ！ ひとつは鮎の甘露煮屋だからこそ作れる「鮎出汁」をふんだんに使用してうずらたまごに漬け込んでいること もうひとつは燻製液などを使用せず自家製燻製小屋でナラのチップを使用してちゃんと燻製していること この二つのおかげでおいしい燻製を仕上げています。
12個入れて真空パック包装になっているから常温保存も可能です。
