商品説明 名称 【定期便】小島水産の年4回”お楽しみ”コース（勘八・鰹・鯛・鰤） 内容量 3月：勘八のフィーレ（半身）6月：鰹のたたき 1.2~1.3kg 鰹の大きさに合わせて2〜4本、冷凍でお届けします。
9月：乙女鯛1尾（フィーレ2枚・頭・骨付）1.8kg12月：極み鰤のフィーレ（半身） 商品詳細 活き〆・神経抜き・血抜き作業をした後に出荷するので鮮度抜群！ 鯛は、適度に身の甘さがのっています。
鰤は、臭みも少なく、脂ののりも抜群で口の中にとろける美味しさ 勘八は、歯ごたえもあり美味しいです。
鰹は、タタキにして高知らしい味わいです。
