返礼品紹介 福岡県八女市の自社工場で製造しています。
不知火（しらぬい）とは「清美きよみ」と「ポンカン」をかけ合わせてつくられたジューシーでたいへん美味しい柑橘です。
ただ「不知火（しらぬい）」には柑橘の薄皮にある白い筋が果肉に入り込むという特性があり、これを取り除こうとすると身が崩れてしまいます。
ゼリーにすると若干見た目が悪く苦情が入ることもございます。
白い筋が多いものは、その成分（ヘスペリジン）が白い粒々として浮き出すことがございます。
しかし廃棄するのはもったいないので「もったいな果不知火」にしました。
不知火の缶詰はとても美味しいのでぜひご賞味ください。
